3 Days Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park
The 3-day safari covers 2 nights and 3 days adventure in Uganda, featuring chimpanzee trekking and wildlife safari in Queen Elizabeth National park. The park is Uganda’s second-largest national park and offers chances to spotĀ tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Queen Elizabeth National Park is a home to a diverse range of classic African wildlife, including elephants, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, and giraffes. The park is also a home to 610 bird species. A highlight of the tour is a boat cruise along theĀ Kazinga Channel, a 45 km long channel connecting Lake Edward and Lake George.
Another highlight is the exploration of Kyambura Gorge, home to chimpanzees and the Katwe Explosion Center. Additionally, you’ll visit the equator and enjoy a traditional meal at Igongo Cultural Center.

Day 1: Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park
Meet and greet by our safari guide. Head to the southbound road connecting to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Have a stop over at the royal drum makers, take photographs at the Equator and then descend to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a clear view of the game life in the park on your arrival. Dinner and overnight at the Park campsite
Day 2: Game drive and launch cruise
Wake up for an early morning game drive to catch up with the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. After the drive, return to the lodge for a late breakfast and relax while you wait for an afternoon launch cruise at the Kazinga Channel. Dinner and overnight at the Park campsite
Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking and depart to Kampala.
After breakfast have an excursion to Kyambura gorge to track the fast moving and elusive chimpanzees. This will enable you to view different monkeys and birding watching due to the presence of diverse bird species such as falcons, eagles, black-bee eater and raptors. Return to Kampala.
