Day 1: Arrival, Kampala city tour.
On arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at The Lodge(Budget), Cassia Lodge(Deluxe) Le petit Hotel(Luxury).
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP.
At 7:00am, you will be picked from your hotel set off to Murchison Falls National park, reaching Ziwa Rhino sanctuary by 11:00am Rhino Tracking. After tracking the Rhinos for 1 hour, you will continue to Masindi where you will have lunch. You will then continue to Murchison National park reaching by 3:00pm. You will then visit the top of the falls and later drive to Red Chill Hotel (Budget)/Sambiya River Lodge (Deluxe)/Paraa Safari Lodge (Luxury) for your dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Game drive and Boat cruise.
In the morning, you will wake up early to go for morning game drives to be able to catch up with early risers like lion, leopard, hyenas, bush bucks, among others before they return to their hiding places. Return to the hotel for late breakfast, relaxation as you wait for lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat cruise to the bottom of the Victoria Nile falls which will reward you with view of game as hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, elephants as well as a variety of bird species. Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you will embark on a scenic journey to Fort Portal, a beautiful town overlooking the mountains of themoon. Taking the Western scenic route to Kibale National Park, this journey will take you through the Albertine rift found in the Western arm of Great East African rift valley. Reaching Fort Portal early evening, relax and refresh at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge(Luxury) Mountains of the moon hotel (Deluxe)/ Chimps nest Lodge (Budget).
Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Have an early morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for the chimpanzee briefing by the forest guide. You will locate the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then hustle to the area from which they are calling. You will see more other primates such as the red colobus, black and white colobus and the red-tailed monkey. After lunch, transfer to QENP reaching in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury)/ Enganzi Lodge(Deluxe)Ihamba Lodge(Budget).
Day 6: Game drives and Boat cruise.
After a cup of coffee, go for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park. You will see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, Kobs and many more. Drive back to the lodge for late breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, after lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Different animals that come to drink water at the channel and water birds will be viewed along the shores such buffalos, elephants, school of hippos, crocodiles as well as a variety of bird species. Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, transfer to Bwindi NP via Ishasha sector with game drives search of the famous tree climbing lions which are always spotted clinging on old fig trees. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest found in the southern part of the country. On your arrival, you will relax at the lodge while preparing for the gorillas the next day. Dinner and overnight at Bakiga Lodge (Budget)Gorilla Mist camp(Deluxe) Mutanda Lodge(Luxury).
Day 8: Gorilla tracking and cultural walk.
Early in the morning after breakfast and briefing by a ranger guide, enter the forest for your gorilla tracking adventure. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. Tracking may take 3-9 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas in their natural wild. You will stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour once you encounter them, and then transfer back to your lodge for relaxation. If still early, you may go for community walk in the evening to visit the Batwa (pygmies) and get entertained with their traditional dances. Dinner and overnight stay (Day 7).
Day 9: Golden Monkey tracking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
In the morning, you will go for golden monkey tracking in Mgahinga NP, enjoy them play in the forest. On return, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi resort(Budget)/Arcadia cottages(Deluxe)/ Birdnest@Lake Bunyonyi resort.(Luxury)
Day 10: Transfer back to Kampala/Kigali.
After your relaxed breakfast, set off for Kampala. On your way to Kampala, you will have scenic view of mountains, plain fields and plantations. You will make several stopovers to do shopping and photography, reaching Kampala in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay(Day 1) or transfer to the airport for your departure flight if it is on schedule. Or, you may transfer to Kigali from Lake Bunyonyi which is a closer distance and depart from Kigali.

Day 1: Arrive in Kibale Forest National Park
Head to Fortportal via Mubende from Kampala. You will have lunch enroute. After lunch, have a Bigodi Swamp walk in bid to view the birds and monkeys that inhabit the swamp. Dinner and overnight at Chimpanzee Guest House Upgrade: Ndali lodge / Kyaninga Lodge
Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking
Have an early morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for the chimpanzee briefing by the forest guide. You will locate the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then hustle to the area from which they are calling. You will also see the Black and White Colobus Monkeys, Black faced Red Colobus, Red Tailed Monkeys, Olive Baboons and an incredible array of bird life, including the Great Blue Turaco. Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a game drive while entering the park. Animals like leopards, warthogs, antelope species, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, and elephants. On your arrival, have lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Mammals in the forest include the endangered mountain gorilla, rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephant, black fronted duiker, bushbuck, leopard, giant forest hog and many others. The park is known for its fascinating gorillas. The time taken and the terrain vary according to the movements of these marvelous primates. Day 6: Head to Lake Mburo
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National Park, which is one of Uganda’s newest National Parks. On your arrival, you will carry out a boat trip. View the water birds such as the Papyrus gonoleks, Brown-faced lapwings, Carruther’s cisticolas, the extraordinary White winged Warbler and Bare-faced Go-away bird. Day 1: Head to Murchison Falls
After breakfast, drive via Bombo and Masindi town to Murchison Falls National Park. Have either lunch in Masindi or a picnic lunch in Kaniyo – Pabidi forest. Proceed to Kichumbanyobo gate accessing Murchison falls National Park late afternoon. Drive to the “Top of the falls” for a breathtaking sight of the raging Nile and witness it forcing its way through a rocky gap barely six meters wide, point where the Nile River detonates through a narrow gorge and cascades down to become a placid river. Day 2: Game drive and boat trip
Have an early morning game drive at the Northern Bank of the Murchison falls National park to view animals unique to the African Savannah like giraffe, elephant, antelope, lion, and the Uganda Kob. Mid morning return to the lodge for breakfast, relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, return to the Nile river for a launch cruise that leads to the bottom of the roaring falls where huge crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds like herons, ducks, cormorants, bee-eaters, skimmers, kingfishers, fish eagle and the rare shoebill are seen. Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Drive via the Albertine Escarpment of the western Rift valley on the Masindi-Hoima – Fort portal road. This will be a long drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal, passing though verdant countryside and traditional homesteads and farms. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the Fabled “Mountains of the Moon” The Journey is long! At least five hours of driving. Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking
After breakfast, you will be taken to Kanyanchu headquarters for briefing before you head for our chimpanzee tracking and other primates including Red-Colobus, phoestes, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabey. You will walk through the forest with an experienced guide who will be enlightening you about both plant and animals. Tracking the noisy chimpanzee families racing through, this luxuriant forest is a tremendous experience. Have lunch at Tinka’s place where Traditional dishes are prepared for tourists to feel the taste of Uganda culture. Day 5: Enroute to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer straight to Queen Elizabeth National Park located in Western Uganda on Mount Rwenzori foothills. While on the drive, take keen of the wild game that you may come in contact with, on your way to the park. The game seen will depend on the season; the Kasenyi plains are good for lion and the Mweya peninsula for a variety of animals. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Institute of Ecology (FB)
Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking and Launch cruise
Early morning have an expedition to Kyambura Gorge nearby to track chimpanzee. Alternatively go for a nature walk in Maramagambo Forest to see other primates and visit the bat cave and the blue lake. After Lunch, head for the boat cruising at the Kazinga channel. As you cruise, you will view variety of birds and animals and of course the wonderful scenery. Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Have breakfast and enroute to Bwindi Forest driving through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park which is the Ishasha where you will view the climbing tree lions. You will have lunch at the Ishasha River and proceed to the forest, a home for the endangered mountain gorillas. Day 8: Gorilla trekking
An early morning breakfast and depart with packed lunch to report to the ranger station for a gorilla briefing. Since the forest is quite impenetrable, you will have an experienced guide who will lead to the forest through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. When trekking, you will hear the grumbles of these great primates. This activity is adventurous and tiresome at the same time. If time allows, you may carry out bird and butterfly watching. Day 11: Head to Lake Mburo
After breakfast we will depart for Lake Mburo National Park. This scenic drive which is approximately 7-8 hours will take you to Mbarara where you will stop for lunch before making our final descent to Lake Mburo National Park. After checking in, you will go for a boat trip; this park is an extension of the Tanzanian Plains with big herds of Zebra, Impala, Eland and other savannah species. For birders, this is one of the best places to find African Fin foot, Papyrus, Bush Shrike. Go for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Tented Camp / Rwonyo Campsite
Day 12: Return to Kampala
In the morning following breakfast you will drive back to Kampala to reach in the evening.
