Day 1: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Head off from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park by road. Get a short informative session at the famous Equator and a photographic break, and then move on towards Mbarara for lunch. The journey will let you enjoy Uganda’s lush green forest known as the Switzerland of Uganda, triangular peaks of the Virunga volcanoes of Rwanda and the Congo, animals and a lot of little surprises from Mother Nature. Then your journey will end at the valley of to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, which is the home of the mountain gorillas. (FB)

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
Wake up and prepare for the unforgettable experience! After an early breakfast transfer to the park HQs for pre-Gorilla tracking briefing about the gorilla family you will track then at 09:00 AM: set off into the forest in the footsteps of the Mountain Gorillas. The time taken in the footsteps of these humble apes is un-predictable; it can be anything from 3 hours to an entire day depending their previous day’s nesting and subsequent movement. The trek itself, climbing up and down through steep forested rocks, can be exhausting but the thrill of coming face to face with these giant primates, and spending an hour with them as they go about their daily life, more than makes up for the time taken in their search. En-route, please be sure to enjoy a rich variety of birdlife and other primates – the red tailed monkey, black and white Colobus monkey, velvet monkey and the grey cheeked Mangabeys. Afterwards trek back to the lodge for lunch and a refreshing shower. Spend your afternoon at leisure before you retire for dinner and overnight (FB).

Day 3: Bwindi – Queen Elizabeth National Park
In the early morning after breakfast, drive to Ishasha – the southern part of Queen Elizabeth. Having a game drive in this sector will enable you to spot tree-climbing lions, buffalo, elephant, antelopes, Uganda kob and baboons along the road but just to mention but a few. Then proceed to Mweya Safari Lodge (FB).

Day 4: Game drive and a Lunch cruise along the Kazinga channel
Undertake an early morning game drive to catch up with the early risers and predators returning to their hide outs. Watch out for lions, leopards, hyenas, buffaloes, stripped jackals, bush bucks and water buck. Later in the afternoon go for a launch trip on the Kazinga channel, to exclusively view gigantic hippos, buffaloes and antelopes plus a variety of bird species at the shores (FB).

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Kibale Forest National park. Visit the Bigodi swamp
In the morning, transfer to Kibale Forest which is one of the stunning and beautiful forests in Uganda. Kibale is located in Western Uganda, about15-20minutes south-east of Fort portal. Kibale forest is one with the highest density and diversity of primate species totaling to around 13 that include Red-colobus, Blue, Red-tailed and Grey Cheeked Mangabey, white colobus monkey, L’hoest monkey. Have an afternoon Bigodi wetland sanctuary visit for the guided walk around the Magombe swamp, which will provide you with the wide range and the variety of special Fauna and flora (FB).

Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale
After Breakfast, we shall move into the Forest, for primate viewing. The activity starts at 8.00 a.m. A half day search for chimpanzees and other primates including L’hoest, Red-Colobus, Blue, Red-tailed and Grey cheeked Mangabeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates, but also on all the forest’s fauna and flora, ensuring that your walk is both informative and enjoyable. (FB)

Day 1: Arrival, Kampala city tour.
On arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at The Lodge(Budget), Cassia Lodge(Deluxe) Le petit Hotel(Luxury).
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP.
At 7:00am, you will be picked from your hotel set off to Murchison Falls National park, reaching Ziwa Rhino sanctuary by 11:00am Rhino Tracking. After tracking the Rhinos for 1 hour, you will continue to Masindi where you will have lunch. You will then continue to Murchison National park reaching by 3:00pm. You will then visit the top of the falls and later drive to Red Chill Hotel (Budget)/Sambiya River Lodge (Deluxe)/Paraa Safari Lodge (Luxury) for your dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Game drive and Boat cruise.
In the morning, you will wake up early to go for morning game drives to be able to catch up with early risers like lion, leopard, hyenas, bush bucks, among others before they return to their hiding places. Return to the hotel for late breakfast, relaxation as you wait for lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat cruise to the bottom of the Victoria Nile falls which will reward you with view of game as hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, elephants as well as a variety of bird species. Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you will embark on a scenic journey to Fort Portal, a beautiful town overlooking the mountains of themoon. Taking the Western scenic route to Kibale National Park, this journey will take you through the Albertine rift found in the Western arm of Great East African rift valley. Reaching Fort Portal early evening, relax and refresh at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge(Luxury) Mountains of the moon hotel (Deluxe)/ Chimps nest Lodge (Budget).
Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Have an early morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for the chimpanzee briefing by the forest guide. You will locate the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then hustle to the area from which they are calling. You will see more other primates such as the red colobus, black and white colobus and the red-tailed monkey. After lunch, transfer to QENP reaching in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury)/ Enganzi Lodge(Deluxe)Ihamba Lodge(Budget).
Day 6: Game drives and Boat cruise.
After a cup of coffee, go for an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park. You will see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, Kobs and many more. Drive back to the lodge for late breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, after lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Different animals that come to drink water at the channel and water birds will be viewed along the shores such buffalos, elephants, school of hippos, crocodiles as well as a variety of bird species. Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, transfer to Bwindi NP via Ishasha sector with game drives search of the famous tree climbing lions which are always spotted clinging on old fig trees. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest found in the southern part of the country. On your arrival, you will relax at the lodge while preparing for the gorillas the next day. Dinner and overnight at Bakiga Lodge (Budget)Gorilla Mist camp(Deluxe) Mutanda Lodge(Luxury).
Day 8: Gorilla tracking and cultural walk.
Early in the morning after breakfast and briefing by a ranger guide, enter the forest for your gorilla tracking adventure. The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. Tracking may take 3-9 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas in their natural wild. You will stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour once you encounter them, and then transfer back to your lodge for relaxation. If still early, you may go for community walk in the evening to visit the Batwa (pygmies) and get entertained with their traditional dances. Dinner and overnight stay (Day 7).
Day 9: Golden Monkey tracking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
In the morning, you will go for golden monkey tracking in Mgahinga NP, enjoy them play in the forest. On return, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi resort(Budget)/Arcadia cottages(Deluxe)/ Birdnest@Lake Bunyonyi resort.(Luxury)
Day 10: Transfer back to Kampala/Kigali.
After your relaxed breakfast, set off for Kampala. On your way to Kampala, you will have scenic view of mountains, plain fields and plantations. You will make several stopovers to do shopping and photography, reaching Kampala in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay(Day 1) or transfer to the airport for your departure flight if it is on schedule. Or, you may transfer to Kigali from Lake Bunyonyi which is a closer distance and depart from Kigali.
